The West Yellowstone Economic Development Council, Inc. (WYED), a 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization, was established July 3, 2006. At WYED, creating a healthy, vibrant local economy in West Yellowstone, Montana is our sole focus and mission. By coordinating economic development planning, assisting with the implementation of innovative community projects, serving as a resource in planning public works and administration of public and private investments and coordinating research, planning and advisory functions, WYED is the organization by which great things can be accomplished!

Our membership consists of concerned local citizens and businesses that are willing to actively assist in creating and nourishing successful long-term partnerships with public and private entities for the benefit of our community. Our goals are lofty but achievable with support from local citizens and friends, like you, who have deep appreciation and ties to the history and heritage of our community.
